30fold Policies and Agreement

The following are the active Policies and Agreements that you are entering into. By enrolling in the bookstore service as offered by 30Fold,
Inc. (an Arizona Corporation) you are agreeing to
become a Member of the 30fold Marketing group (hereinafter the "30fold").

As a Member, I understand and agree that:

1. I am of legal age in the state or region in which I enter this agreement.
2. I shall become a 30fold Member upon acceptance of this application by 30fold. As a Member, I shall have the right to sell the products offered by 30fold in accordance with the 30fold's marketing program and policies and procedures.
3. I understand it is my responsibility to stay current with information, policies, and changes by ensuring 30fold has my current contact information. As an internet based business I agree to receive and read email from the company that will help me stay up to date, and that unsubscribing and or not keeping my contact information up to date may put my membership and store ownership in jeopardy and may be considered cause to revoke my membership and terminate my store ownership.
4. I understand that 30fold may modify or amend its policies and procedures and marketing program at any time. I also understand as a Member I have a duty to keep current on policy and marketing changes by reviewing the current policies and procedures located on www.30fold.com on a regular basis to ensure my familiarity.
5. I have carefully reviewed, understand and agree to abide by the 30fold's marketing plan and policies and procedures, and acknowledge that they are incorporated as part of this agreement in their present form and as modified from time to time by 30fold.
6. The 30fold Membership agreement is perpetual unless formally ended in writing or by email by either party. 30fold Members who wish to continue their Membership must review their member agreement and contact information annually.
7. I am entitled to cancel participation in the program at any time and for any reason upon written or email notice to 30fold (customer.support@30fold.com).
8. If I provide such notice to 30fold within 30days of my initial membership I am entitled to a refund of the initial signup fee. If any tangible goods such as books, documentation,
   brochures, or other materials are provided as a start-up kit, I understand I must return these in salable condition in order to qualify for the refund. Monthly fees are non-refundable.
9. I am responsible to pay the monthly maintenance fee based on my store plan. I will maintain a current viable payment method with 30fold or with the 30fold partner designated to collect the fees (currently Deeper Calling Media). Failure to pay the fees may result in reasonable late fees or reconnect fees if my store is terminated. If I was in a grandfathered plan or price point, I may also be required to renew under a currently offered plan or price point.
10. I will be an independent contractor responsible for my own business and not an employee of 30fold. I will not be treated as an employee in regard to any laws covering employees, including, but not limited to, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, income tax withholding at source or for any federal or state tax laws. It is my responsibility to pay self-employment, city, state, and federal income taxes as required by law.
11. I will not use 30fold's trade name and/or trademarks except in the advertising provided to me by 30fold and/or other advertising with prior written approval by 30fold.
12. 30fold's program is built upon retail sales to the end consumer. While I can profit as an affiliate by marketing a store and the concept of store ownership to a third party, I understand that I do not in any way profit from goods and services sold through said third party's store.
13. I acknowledge that I am a wholly independent marketing representative who established and services retail customers for 30fold products and services as an independent contractor. The position of Member does not constitute either a sale of a franchise or distributorship, and absolutely no fees have been or will be required from me for the right to distribute 30fold's products pursuant to this agreement. This agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to create relationship of employer-employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture between any Member, sponsor and/or 30fold.
    As an independent contractor, I shall:
    1. Abide by any and all laws, rules and regulations of the region in which I reside and/or operate my business.
    2. Make, execute or file all such reports and obtain such licenses as are required by law or public authority with respect to this agreement and/or the receipt, holding, selling, distributing or advertising of 30fold products at my own expense.
    3. Be solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, state and federal taxes as may accrue because of my activities in connection with this agreement.
14. Prior written approval from 30fold is required for the following:
    1. To advertise company products;
    2. Issuance of a position in a company or corporate name.
15. I acknowledge that my purchase of an online bookstore is firm and nonrefundable, and I cannot thereby, request reimbursement through credit card charge-back or otherwise unless executed within the first thirty days as outlined above.
16. I understand 30fold is a family-oriented business that expects its Members to conduct themselves with the highest ethics and integrity. I agree to do so.
17. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for resolution of any dispute shall be Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona, pursuant to 30fold's dispute resolution policy.
18. This agreement is not in force until accepted by 30fold, Inc. The creation of my online store constitutes acceptance of this agreement by 30fold.
19. I understand that the policies, agreements, terms and conditions under which 30fold provides the service may change from time to time. In the event that there is a change, the latest policies, agreements, terms and conditions will be posted on the website at 30fold.com.
